Suzanne Cunningham's Bio

After my dancing career ended, I ballooned up to over 350 pounds, I was frustrated with myself and how I looked. When I found boxing and MMA sports, my life changed for the better. Through consistent training and hard work, I have lost over 150 pounds and love the way I feel. I love coaching and helping people to feel better about themselves. I also teach cycle, Les Mills Sprint and circuits, Kickboxing and Boxing Technique and love helping people feel better.
