Leia has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2011 and a Certified Massage Therapist since 2007. Leia has specialty certifications in Sports Massage, Lifestyle and Weight Management Program Design, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Exercise for Osteoporosis, Fitness during Menopause, Fibromyalgia and Exercise, Nutritional Strategies and Macronutrient Balance and more. An athlete her whole life, Leia loves working with women on creating healthy habits and a lasting healthy lifestyle. She is a Vegetarian, Pit Bull Mom, Entrepreneur and Ocean Lover.
