Cheila Monteiro's Bio

My name is Cheila Monteiro. I am a certified Ace personal trainer, fitness instructor who trains children and adults in both martial arts and fitness classes. I have a strong background as a martial artist, kick boxer, fitness and zumba. I have studied martial arts since the age of 11 and I have my black belt in taekwondo. I am also a bikini fitness competitor and I'm currently preparing to compete this summer. I am passionate and dedicated to health and fitness and helping my clients reach their fitness potential and goals.
