From top personal trainer to owning my own fitness facility back in 2019, health has always been a part of my life. After the pandemic of 2020 I found myself pivoting towards a deeper understanding of health and now I am an online coach specializing in the habits and relationships entrepreneurs have with their health, productivity, and fulfillment, in order to create a more meaningful life.
