Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law and outside the U.S.

Participation in the Promotion requires acceptance of these Official Rules, which include a class action waiver (see Section 11). If you do not agree, you must not participate.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

1. Eligibility

The Culligan Pitcher Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (19+ in AL/NE; 21+ in MS).

Employees, officers, and directors of Culligan International Company (“Sponsor”) and related entities, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor decisions are final and binding.

4. Promotion Period

Begins May 1, 2026 and ends May 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

5. How to Enter

Method One: Instagram

  • Visit @culliganzerowater
  • Find the Giveaway Post
  • Comment “new”
  • Follow DM instructions (includes email submission)

Method Two: Mailing List

  • Receive Giveaway Email
  • Click entry link
  • Submit Entry Form

Limit one (1) entry per person.

6. Winner Selection

Ten (10) winners will be selected via random drawing on or about May 7, 2026.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 24 hours and complete required documentation.

8. Prize

Ten (10) prizes available:

  • 1 Culligan with ZeroWater Technology 10C Colored Pitcher
  • ARV: $34.99 each
  • Total ARV: $349.90

Limit one prize per household. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion. Entries that violate rules or appear fraudulent may be disqualified.

10. Release and Liability

Entrants agree to release Sponsor and related parties from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

11. Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually in Illinois courts under Illinois law.
